General Policy

At CODESPHERE ACADEMY, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all enrollments. Please read our refund terms carefully before making payment.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of enrollment.
• No refund will be issued once classes have started or course material has been accessed.
• Demo classes are provided to help students make informed decisions before payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after enrollment.
• Lack of attendance or personal schedule conflicts.
• Partial course completion.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Course Transfer

In certain cases, students may request transfer to another batch or course instead of refund, subject to management approval.

Cancellation by Academy

If CODESPHERE ACADEMY cancels a course or batch, eligible students will receive a full refund or alternative batch option.
